This post is part of a series comparing Pandora style charms on DelightfulDaisy.com to authentic Pandora charms sold elsewhere.
One of our most popular selling series of charms is our love themed charms. We have dozens to choose from. For this comparison, I’m just displaying a small sampling of our selection to get the point across. (To buy any of these charms, just click on the picture).
The set of pictures below is to show the various Pandora style love charms available:

As I said, these sterling silver and 14k gold Pandora-style love charms are just a small sample of the love and heart themed beads available at Delightful Daisy. Now let’s look at what Pandora has to offer.

As I look at the selection, I’m impressed. The two gold charms are extremely nice, but they are also $400 so it’s not fair to compare the the sterling silver charms above. If you want a gold charm bracelet, by all means I recommend Pandora. But if you ignore those, then I don’t see the Pandora charms standing out. In fact, I prefer the quality of the Pandora style beads at Delightful Daisy (and for a lower price) than the authentic Pandora love charms.
My favorite charm in the whole collection is the Pandora Style Chinese Letter Heart charm, and that sells for only $25. What do you think? I’d love to get your opinion in the comments selection below.
This article is part of a series comparing Pandora Style Charms to authentic Pandora charms. The question I’m exploring is whether Pandora is of higher quality than the OHM and Biagi charms we sell at DelightfulDaisy. So far, I think it’s clear that Pandora is not superior and that the higher prices are to pay for their genius marketing campaign rather than higher quality charms.
For today’s example, we’re catering to the golf lovers. Delightful Daisy offers multiple Pandora Style golf charms:

$36 on DelightfulDaisy.com
$75 at PreciousAccents.com
I’ll be honest, I like this Pandora charm. My argument is not that Pandora is not of high quality, it absolutely is. But I like the two other Pandora style golf charms just as much, and at a far lower cost. In this case, you could buy both the gold club bag and golf club dangle charm and still spend $14 less than the Pandora golf club charm.
Pandora and Chamilia have put together an amazing marketing campaign that has people convinced that they ARE silver beads, and everyone else is a knock-off. I for one was one of the believers for many years. I was convinced that buying an alternative was like buying a fake Gucci bag on the streets of New York City, or buying a fake Gucci bag in a back room in Shanghai, China.
If you’ve been shopped around at Delightful Daisy, you’ll see we carry many name brands like Thomas Sabo, Links of London, Alex and Ani, and Jessica Elliot. So why do we stop short of selling Pandora, and instead choose to sell “Pandora Style” charms? It’s simple: Because the charms we sell are not knock-offs, they are quality charms of the same and many times more quality. Not convinced? Well, I’m going to dedicate the next few weeks on this blog to showing you our beads compared to Pandora and Chamilia, along with common prices. I’ll let you decide.
And remember, Delightful Daisy has a no-questions-asked return policy to show the confidence we have in our products.
I’ll start off here with a few examples:

If I’m a cat lover, I’ll take the cute little cat in a basket over the weird fat Pandora cat that looks more like a bunny. This is fun, right? Let’s do another one.

Thomas Sabo, famous for their sterling silver jewelry and charm bracelets, has just expanded their product line to include a new Fragrance.
Thomas Sabo Charm Rose adds a new dimension to the Thomas Sabo Charm collection. This refreshing and eclectic perfume combines an flowery aroma with a slightly oriental note.
Beginning in August 2010, the new Charm Rose eau de parfum will be exclusively available in shops in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Starting in September, the Thomas Sabo Perfume will be available worldwide and in online shops.
We made a video of the Thomas Sabo spring 2010 collection. Admittedly it’s not the most breathtaking display of technological brilliance, it’s a cool show of the new collection combined with a funky reggae tune (Travis McCoy, for those wondering).
Thomas Sabo released the Spring 2010 Collection – they titled it “Tropical Holiday.”
Thisnew and exciting charm club collection is the freshest set of charms that Thomas Sabo has released since we got involved with them! Not only do they have Disney charms like Mickey Mouse and Minney Mouse, there are a number of new charms such as Thomas Sabo soccer and football charms. Also there is the huge array of tropical themed charms such as the bikini charm, a sun charm, an alligator, a dolphin, and a parrot charm.
Oh! And don’t forget the new “just married” charm! If you thought the old “just married” charm was cute, you should see the new version (just watch the video!)
Much like other Lee Angel necklaces I’ve brought up in the past, this horn chain necklace ($180) is a perfect combination of simple and yet elegant. And for $180 at Neiman Marcus (last I checked) you can’t beat it.
It’s made of solid silver, so don;t be fooled by the external color. What I really love is the way it utilizes round white links of various sizes to show some chaos and nature, although we know Lee Angel is anything but chaotic!
The hammered, asymmetric links make a bold artistic statement.
This hammered silver necklace from Lee Angel ($375) is made of silvertone brass, and adds so clear glass stones. The awesome thing about this necklace is you can wear it to work with a simple dress, or totally pimp out an outfit when you go to the club.
To contrast the silver, Lee Angel added brown loops that hook into the mini-link back.
Kenneth Jay Lane just keeps popping out some impressive jewelry. I’ve always admired his silver jewlery, but his recent wooden art has blown me away in its beauty and simplicity.
This wooden piece ($125) includes the classic hook-and-eye closure with the Kenneth Jay Lane logo. It’s also adjustable from 34″ to 39″, although I always recommend that you let it hang LOOooww.
This Pashmina shawl ($130) is amazing. I wouldn’t recommend it for any normal night out, or an average dinner party though. This shawl needs to come out just a few times a year when you do something special. It’s perfect for the opera, theatre, or evening at an expensive restaurant.
Made of Pashmina wool, and combined with Swarovski Crystal Beads, it combines elegance with grace. The beads are scattered through-out both ends of the shawl.
Hand-carved horn gleams brilliantly with natural color.
This amazing necklace from Nest ($395) is brilliant, made purely from natural African horns. It’s 34″ in length, reaching down deep, close to your navel, achieving a rugged yet archaic effect.
The various shades of brown, as well as the combination of elegance and ruggedness will allow this necklace to blend with a simple t-shirt, yet accentuate a bright colored dress. In other words, it’ll make any outfit look incredibly fashionable.
