Merry Christmas everyone!

As always, Christmas this year was an exciting time with family and friends, but also a stressful time trying to keep up with the huge rush of orders, special deliveries, custom gift wrapping/messaging, and tracking orders to get there by Christmas eve.  We did our best, and apparently made the day for quite a few customers.  Here is one of our satisfied customers:

I’ve bragged about it before on this blog, but I feel like I can’t do it enough.  Every company needs a niche, something that makes them better than their competition.  At Delightful Daisy, we believe that niche is our customer service.  Here is an email we recently received from a satisfied customer: Cindie, I just wanted to drop you a line to say I received my bracelet today and I must say I am thrilled. Thank you so much for taking the time to package it as you did, there was no bother with customs and I wore it into work today and got loads of compliments on it from the off. I told my girlfriends where they could purchase Biagi charms on your website and was wondering if they did so would you be able to package them the same way? (editor’s note: Of course.  We always gift wrap our jewelry before shipping) Once again it was an absolute pleasure dealing with such a great online website, I can truly sayI have never EVER had such a personal, professional relationship with such attention to detail as I have had with Delightful Daisy.
